UCI Medical Center

This facility is a 20,000 SF OB-GYN office developed and managed by UCI in the City of Orange. The work was completed in an occupied mid rise building with tenants both above and below the new build out. Most of the work was completed nights and weekends.

The lobby features a curved hard lid soffit with backlit lighting. The reception counter is a solid surface. Each wing has a different color scheme to designate each patient area.

This was a public works project completed in four months for approximately $900,000.
